Lamborghini Reventon a provocat la intrecere un avion de vanatoare!

(Cel mai exclusivist Lamborghini a provocat la o intrecere un avion de vanatoare al armatei italiene.)

Evenimentul a fost organizat de Lamborghini pentru a promova modelul Reventon. De fapt a fost mai mult un eveniment pentru promovarea imaginii marcii, pentru ca modelul Reventon nu are neaparat nevoie de promovare. De ce? Pentru ca cele 20 de exemplare Reventon care vor fi fabricate au fost deja vandute unor pasionati, la pretul de un milion de euro (fara taxe) bucata, masinile urmand sa fie livrate anul viitor.
Intrecerea a avut loc pe aeroportul Ghedi, langa Brescia, pe o pista de 3 kilometri, protagonisti fiind un exemplar Lamborghini Reventon si un avion de vanatoare Tornado A200-A. Cum era de asteptat, masina a plecat mult mai bine decat avionul, dar la capatul pistei, cand avea deja 340 km/h a fost depasita de aparatul de zbor, care a decolat. E adevarat ca Reventon nu e singurul supercar care poate face asa ceva, dar spectacolul a fost la inaltime.
( Reventon, al carui design este inspirat din cel al avioanelor de vanatoare (de aici si ideea intrecerii), dispune de un propulsor V12 de 6,5 litri, care produce 650 CP si 660 Nm.)

Super car

Cel mai sofisticat motor BMW, alimentat cu gaz!

AC Schnitzer a vrut sa arate avantajele GPL-ului la cel mai inalt nivel. Asa ca tunerul a luat motorul V10 al lui BMW M5 si M6, l-a montat pe un coupe Seria 3 si l-a adaptat pentru a functiona si cu gaz. Modificarile au fost efectuate la sistemul de alimentare, la unitatea electronica de control a motorului si la sistemul de evacuare.
Conceptul se numeste GP3.10 si propulsorul V10 poate functiona la fel de bine si cu benzina dar si cu GPL iar conversia intre tipul combustibilului utilizat se poate face in orice moment.

Ce efecte are alimentarea cu GPL a “monstrului” V10 de 5 litri? Emisii de CO2 mai mici, costuri mai mici pentru carburant si… cireasa de pe tort.. putere mai mare cu 45 CP fata de versiunea de serie! Puterea maxima a juns la 552 CP, iar cuplul la 540 Nm. Ca urmare, performantele sunt excelente: 0-100 km/h in 4,5 secunde, 0-200 km/h in 13,9 secunde, viteza maxima fiind de 320 km/h.

Partea mai putin interesanta acum vine : Masina este unicat deocamdata si este estimata la o valoare de 198.000 euro.
